The space capsule house is a new type of integrated prefabricated mobile building, widely used for glamping resorts, scenic homestays, tourist accommodation and off-grid residential projects. With a futuristic aerodynamic shell design, it creates a high-end and eye-catching landscape for tourist camps and commercial venues. The whole cabin is fully prefabricated in the factory with complete decoration, water and electricity system, smart control and independent bathroom. No complicated construction or permanent foundation is required, and the house can be put into use within 24 hours after on-site installation. Featuring movable, relocatable and reusable characteristics, it effectively reduces investment risks and improves long-term commercial benefits

Our space capsule house adopts a thickened hot-dip galvanized steel frame, which is sturdy and stable enough to resist level 8 earthquakes and level 12 typhoons, with a service life of up to 50 years. The exterior wall is made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy panel with fluorocarbon spraying technology, which is waterproof, rust-proof, UV-resistant and salt-fog resistant, perfectly adapting to coastal, mountain, forest and high-altitude environments. The high-density polyurethane foam sandwich wall provides excellent thermal insulation, keeping the interior warm in winter and cool in summer, and can work stably under extreme temperatures from -30℃ to 50℃. Equipped with 270° panoramic Low-E double-layer hollow tempered glass, the cabin delivers a super wide viewing vision and 40dB sound insulation. Optional electric dimming privacy glass can switch freely between transparent and frosted modes to balance landscape viewing and personal privacy.

Every space capsule house is a fully prefabricated, fully furnished, move-in ready integrated unit. The standard configuration includes a cozy bedroom, wet-dry separated bathroom and outdoor sightseeing balcony. Each unit comes complete with central air conditioning, fresh air ventilation system, smart electric curtains, ambient lighting, smart toilet, constant temperature shower and whole-house voice control system. All interior decoration adopts zero-formaldehyde eco-friendly materials to create a safe and healthy living environment. The concealed integrated water and circuit pipeline design ensures a neat, elegant and durable cabin structure, greatly reducing daily operation and maintenance costs for commercial homestays and glamping resorts.
